Product Overview

The MAX5419LETA+T is a non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 8 pin TDFN package. The device combines a single 256 position potentiometer and the control is achieved through I²C interface. It has an internal non-volatile EEPROM to store the wiper position for initialization during power-up. It minimizes board space and reduce interconnection complexity in many applications and are ideally suitable for low-drift, programmable gain amplifier circuit configurations.
  • Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
  • Power-on recall of wiper position from non-volatile memory
  • Data rate is 400Kbps
  • Address input for eight unique address combinations
  • Ratiometric temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C
  • Static supply current of 500nA
  • End to end resistance is 200Kohm and temperature coefficient is 35ppm/°C
  • ±0.5 LSB DNL (differential nonlinearity) in voltage divider mode
  • ±0.5 LSB INL (integral nonlinearity) in voltage divider mode
