Product Overview

The KEMET T491 series capacitors are industrial grade MnO2, standard polarized tantalum chip capacitors. These capacitors are designed specifically for today's highly automated surface mount processes and equipments. T491 combines KEMET's proven solid tantalum technology, acclaimed and respected throughout the world with latest materials, processes and automation, resulting in greater performance and value. The T491 standard terminations are available in 100% matte tin and provide excellent wetting characteristics and compatibility with today's surface mount solder systems.
  • Capacitance value ranges from 0.1µF to 1000µF
  • EIA 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, 2924 case sizes available
  • Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
  • Rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC
  • Operating temperature range -55°C to 125°C
  • Symmetrical, compliant terminations
  • Laser marked case
  • Optional gold plated terminations
