Product Overview

The KEMET Goldmax series are radial leaded, standard Goldmax multilayer ceramic capacitor with X7R dielectric material. MLCCs are monolithic devices that consist of laminated layers of specially formulated ceramic dielectric materials interspersed with metal electrode system. The layered formation is then fired at high temperature to produce a sintered and volumetrically efficient capacitance device. A conductive termination barrier system is integrated on the exposed ends of the chip to complete the connection.
  • Capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 10µF
  • Rated DC voltage from 25V to 250V
  • Available capacitance tolerances of ±5%, ±10% and ±20%
  • Radial leaded form factor & Conformally coated
  • Dimension is 5.08mm x 5.84mm (L x H)
  • 2.54 pitch spacing
  • Epoxy encapsulated
  • Capacitance change is limited to ±15% from -55°C to +125°C.
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
