Product Overview

The HCPL-814-W60E is a 1-channel 4-pin high density mounting type AC input Phototransistor Optocoupler contains a phototransistor, optically coupled to two light emitting diodes connected inverse parallel. It can operate directly by AC input current. Input/output isolation voltage is 5000VRMS. Response time (tr) is typically 4µs and minimum CTR is 20% at input current of ±1mA. It is suitable for AC line/digital logic isolation and programmable logic controllers.
