Product Overview

The AD8639ARZ is a Dual Bandwidth Auto-Zero Operational Amplifier features rail-to-rail output swing and low noise. This amplifier has very low offset, drift and bias current. Operation is fully specified from 5 to 16V single supply. It provides benefits previously found only in expensive auto-zeroing or chopper-stabilized amplifier. No external capacitors are required. In addition, the AD8639 greatly reduces the digital switching noise found in most chopper-stabilized amplifier. With an offset voltage of only 3µV, drift of less than 0.001µV/°C and noise of only 1.2µV p-p (0 to 10Hz), the op amp is suited for applications where error sources cannot be tolerated. Position and pressure sensors, medical equipment and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from nearly zero drift over their operating temperature range. Many systems can take advantage of the rail-to-rail input and output swings provided by the AD8639 to reduce input biasing complexity and maximize SNR.
