Product Overview

The VO222AT is a 1-channel 8-pin High Gain Optocoupler with photodarlington output and base connection. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared LED emitter and a silicon NPN photodarlington transistor detector. The device has a CTR tested at 1mA LED current. This low drive current permits easy interfacing from CMOS to LSTTL or TTL.
