Product Overview

The TSOP34138 is a 38kHz Miniaturized IR Receiver Module for infrared remote control systems. A PIN diode and a preamplifier are assembled on a lead frame. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to a microprocessor for decoding. The module is optimized to suppress spurious pulses from energy saving fluorescent lamps. This module is immune to dimmed LCD backlighting and any fluorescent lamps.
  • Very low supply current
  • Internal filter for PCM frequency
  • Improved shielding against EMI
  • Improved immunity against ambient light
  • Insensitive to supply voltage ripple and noise
