Product Overview

The TSL262R-LF is an infrared light-to-voltage Optical Sensor combining a photodiode and a trans-impedance amplifier on a single monolithic IC. Output voltage is directly proportional to the light intensity (irradiance) on the photodiode. This device has improved amplifier offset-voltage stability and low power consumption.
  • Single photo-diode and transimpedance architecture
  • 7µs Output rise-time response
  • 2X Gain lens
  • Rail-to-rail output swing
  • Enables extremely fast response to change
  • Provides for high sensitivity to detect a small change in light
  • Provides additional sensitivity advantages
