The STPS60L30CW is a low drop Power Schottky Rectifier features very small conduction losses, low forward voltage drop and extremely fast switching. This dual centre tap Schottky rectifier is suitable for high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
