Product Overview

The HVC series from Ohmite are precision high-value high-voltage wraparound chip resistors. The resistance range includes 100Kohm to 1Tohm with 0.25% to 30% tolerance. It features low temperature and voltage dependency (low TCR and VCR) and wraparound terminals. Suitable for high vacuum applications.
  • 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 2512, 4020 sizes
  • High working voltage up to 3000V
  • Nickel-barrier/matte tin contact area
  • Power rating up to 1500W
  • 25ppm, 50ppm, 100ppm, 250ppm, 500ppm, 1000ppm, 2000ppm TCR
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C
