The PTVSxS1UR series unidirectional flat lead low-profile surface-mounted Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode designed for transient overvoltage protection. It is available in 3.3 to 64V reverse standoff voltage range (VRWM).
  • 400W Rated peak pulse power (PPPM)
  • 350W Rated peak pulse power (PPPM) for 3V3
  • 0.001µA Reverse current (IRM)
