The BZB84 series general-purpose dual Zener Diode designed in a SOT23 (TO-236AB) small plastic surface-mounted device (SMD) package. It is suitable for general regulation functions.

  • Dual common anode configuration
  • Two tolerance series B = ±2% and C = ±5%
  • 2.4 to 75V (E24 range) Nominal working voltage range
  • AEC-Q101 qualified
