Product Overview

The 7805SR-C is a 5V step-down Switching Regulator with open frame SIP package. The 260kHz switching frequency provides for efficiencies as high as 95%. The switching regulator provides many significant improvements over their linear counterparts like lower quiescent current, higher input voltage and better ±2% output accuracy.
  • Up to 95% Efficiency - no Heat Sinks or Thermal Derating Required
  • Built-in Filter Capacitors - no External Components Required
  • 40° to +70°C Operation at Full Load
