Product Overview

The SMCJ30CA is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor with moulded plastic over glass passivated junction case. The transient voltage suppressor features glass passivated junction, low incremental surge resistance, excellent clamping capability and very fast response time. Colour band denotes the cathode.

  • 1A Test current
  • 100°C/W Junction to ambient typical thermal resistance
  • 20°C/W Junction to lead typical thermal resistance
