Product Overview

The LTC1385CG#PBF is an ultralow power 2-driver/2-receiver EIA/TIA-562 Transceiver operates from a single 3.3V supply. The charge pump requires only four space saving 0.1µF capacitors. The LTC1385 is fully compliant with all data rate and over-voltage EIA/TIA-562 specifications. The transceiver can operate up to 120kbaud with a 1000pF, 3kR load. Both driver outputs and receiver inputs can be forced to ±25V without damage and can survive multiple ±10kV ESD strikes.
  • Normal, driver disable or shutdown modes
  • Output over-voltage does not force current back into supplies
  • Pin-compatible with LT1180A
  • 0.1µF Uses small capacitors
  • Operates to 120kBaud
