Product Overview

The CBR series SMD Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor in C0G dielectric feature a robust and exceptionally stable base metal electrode dielectric system. This capacitor provides extremely low ESR and high self-resonance characteristics is well-suited for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required. This series exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage, boast a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature.
  • Ultra high Q
  • High SRF
  • High thermal stability
  • 1MHz to 50GHz Frequency range
  • Base metal electrode (BME) dielectric system
  • Available in 0201, 0402, 0603 and 0805 case sizes
  • 6.3 to 500V Voltage range
  • 0.1 to 100pF Capacitance range
