Our returns policy is industry leading. For a hassle free return please fill out the form below to request a return materials authorisation (RMA) number.
Then simply return the goods to “The Returns Department, Farnell element14 International Distribution Centre, Castleton Road, Leeds, LS12 2EN” quoting the RMA number (we recommend you use recorded delivery).
Our customers usually receive a refund for their goods within 2 days of receipt of the goods to us.
