For invoices older than 12 months, or if you need another physical invoice copy mailed to you, you can request an invoice copy, contact us by email support@farnell.com, or call 03447 11 11 13 for a service representative.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You can see your most recent orders on the Order Status & Tracking page. There may be times where an order just placed may not immediately appear until the order request has been fully processed by our business systems.

Q:What should I do if product is damaged in delivery?

Q:Can I cancel an order?
