Product Overview

The SMLJ series Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode used for surge and ESD protection applications. The device offers a choice of working peak reverse voltage from 5V up to 170V and breakdown voltage up to 200V. Typical fast response times are less than 1-picosecond for unidirectional devices and less than 5-picosecond for bidirectional devices from 0V to minimum breakdown voltage. It conforms to JEDEC standards, is easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
