Product Overview

The HMC753LP4E is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Wideband Amplifier which operates between 1 and 11GHz, providing up to 16.5dB of small signal gain, 1.5dB noise figure and output IP3 of +30dBm, while requiring only 55mA from a +5V supply. The P1dB output power of up to +18dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. The HMC753 also features I/Os that is DC blocked and internally matched to 50R, making it ideal for high capacity microwave radios or VSAT applications.
  • Output power for 1dB compression (P1dB) - 18dBm at 1 to 6GHz
  • 5V at 55mA Supply voltage (VDD)
  • Output third-order intercept (IP3) - 30dBm at 1 to 6GHz
  • 50R Matched input/output (I/O)
