Product Overview

The AD5692RACPZ-RL7 is a low power 1-channel 14-bit buffered voltage output Digital-to-analog Converter (DAC) includes an enabled by default internal 2.5V reference, offering 2ppm/°C drift. The output span can be programmed to be 0V to VREF or 0V to 2 x VREF. The device operates from a single 2.7 to 5.5V supply and is guaranteed monotonic by design. The internal power-on reset circuit ensures that the DAC register is written to zero scale at power-up while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. The AD5691R contains a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption of the device to 2µA maximum at 5V and provides software selectable output loads. It uses an I²C interface. Some device options also include an asynchronous RESET pin and a VLOGIC pin, allowing 1.8V compatibility.
