Product Overview

The 3585/50 BK005 is a 50-core shielded Jacketed Round to Flat Cable with stranded tinned copper conductor and a PVC insulator. This ribbon cable comes with black PVC jacket, aluminium/polyester foil and a tinned copper braid shield (90% coverage). The planar geometry of flat cable can save significant space in board-to-board and other interconnects within equipment or cabinets. It offers extruded flat cable with both 0.05 and 0.025-inch pitch for fast, easy mass termination with IDC connectors. It offers excellent signal transmission characteristics with low capacitance, crosstalk and skew.
