Product Overview

The AS6C1008-55PCN is a 128K x 8bit low power CMOS SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) in 32 pin DIP package. It is a 1,048,576bit CMOS SRAM organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits. It is fabricated using very high performance and high reliability CMOS technology. Its standby current is stable within range of operating temperature. The AS6C1008 is designed for very low power system and particularly well suited for battery backup non volatile memory application.
