Product Description

Panasonic ERJP series resistors have great anti-surge characteristics and excellent heat dissipation characteristics due to their 'Serpentine Resistor Pattern Structure', which helps to decrease electric field strength per unit length.
For the new ERJPA series, Panasonic use newly developed resistive material. By this improvement, 0603 size ERJPA3 series can reach 0.25W.

Combined with a variety of small case size Panasonic Anti-Surge Resistors are suitable to replace MELF in plenty of cases. Furthermore, the chip structure enables better solder joint reliability, which is perfect for a car's hostile environment.

Power management, Automotive, Switch mode power supply, AC/DC and DC/DC converters, Renewable energies, Lighting, LED, Voltage regulation modules, Audio applications, Motor control.

ESD surge characteristics

Superior to standard metal film resistors.
